Portable line boring and bore welding machine tools

The machines have been design by Mr. E.Russo, inventor of Sir Meccanica WS prototype machine- Bimotor. (We used WS1, WS3, WS7)

In addition to in-line boring and welding, SUPERCOMBINATA can also be used for threading, flange facing, drilling, creating circlip grooves, engine overhauls, external machining and welding. The applications for this machine are endless. With standard in-line boring and welding equipment it can be used for repair of lifting arms in loaders & excavators, steering pivots, cylinder repairs, frame hinging holes on cabins, brake drum on trucks, line axle in marine applications, mounting buckets...virtually anywhere you need to restore worn out metal bores to their original size.It would also save you money on disassembling, transportation and reassembling.

Up to 0.05mm precision setting.
All the machines use an electric motor, avoiding bulky hydraulic drives. The single phase power supply makes it possible to used by wide number of businesses.
The machine can be used with a wide range of welders and uses 0.8/1/1.2mm welding wire.

The SUPERCOMBINATA machines have range from Ø22mm to Ø2500mm.
